About the Role: The Women & Children Resource Pool consists of 3 subset teams known as “Pods” (Labor & Delivery Pod, NICU Pod, and Mother Baby/Pediatric/Step Down NICU Pod). The team works within the Women & Children service areas of Northeast Georgia Healthcare System and will report to our Gainesville, Braselton, and/or Demorest (Habersham) locations. Each “pod” is specialized according to patient population and requires 2 years of RN experience specific to specialty of the pod.
