Attends community conferences and committee meetings with administrative, Medical Board and department heads. Conducts and chairs staff meetings and working committees with all levels of nursing personnel. Minimum Qualifications A valid New York State license and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse; and Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Nursing Administration or a related field and four (4) years of high-level responsible experience in nursing administration, three (3) years of which must have been in a hospital; or A satisfactory equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
