Responsibilities The Nurse Educator in CVICU will play a critical role in facilitating the professional development of Community Health System's (CHS) nursing staff and ancillary staff, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety in our telemetry and CVICU units. This position involves planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs, as well as providing mentorship to nurses. Additionally, the Nurse Educator will actively engage in patient care to maintain clinical competence within these high-acuity settings.
