Qualifications Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in OH Experience: Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing setting At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience required In-depth knowledge of SNF regulations, CMS guidelines, and best clinical practices Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Key Responsibilities Assist in overseeing nursing staff and day-to-day clinical operations within the skilled nursing facility. Ensure compliance with state and federal long-term care regulations. Support staff education, orientation, and ongoing training efforts. Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and families to promote resident well-being. Help manage audits, surveys, and infection control initiatives.
