Position Overview Unit Manager – Nurse | (Offering up to $7,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time Nurses) Heritage Grove Estates is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse to serve as a Unit Manager within our skilled nursing environment. This leadership role combines clinical oversight with team management, ensuring high-quality resident care, staff performance, and regulatory compliance across an assigned unit. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for supervising nursing staff, coordinating care delivery, and maintaining clinical excellence on your unit. You will serve as a key liaison between residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team, ensuring care is delivered efficiently, safely, and in alignment with facility standards.
