Responsibilities Oversees daily planning, assessment, and decision making to provide the resources necessary for the provision of safe, high-quality patient and family care in the intermediate care environment (areas providing acute inpatient care or complex outpatient care). Maintains clinical expertise by providing direct patient and family care, working with staff on a regularly scheduled basis. Collaborates with the department leadership team in the management of personnel. Demonstrates and promotes accountability, communication, relationship management, teamwork, and collaboration with all stakeholders. Oversees daily operations in the intermediate care environment (areas providing acute inpatient care or complex outpatient care) to ensure appropriate staffing resources and clinical competencies are available for the department to function successfully. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree BSN required and 2-5 years experience. Neonatal or pediatric work experience. The pay range for this job begins at $36.16/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
