JOB DESCRIPTION HealthPartners is hiring for an RN Casual Float to work at all HealthPartners Urgent Care locations. Will Float at St. Paul, Woodbury, Arden Hills, Apple Valley. Other locations may be added in the future. Urgent Care: Minimum 1 year recent acute care experience in ambulatory or inpatient settings. Complete competencies in IV administration, catheterization and triage within 6 months of start QUALIFICATIONS: REQUIRED: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Current RN licensure in Minnesota Current RN licensure in Wisconsin within two months of hire Current BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or Red Cross required and maintained. On-line BLS certification is not acceptable Strongly demonstrated written and oral communication skills Minimum 1 year recent acute care experience in ambulatory or inpatient settings. Complete competencies in IV administration, catheterization and triage within 6 months of start PREFERRED: One year full time employment as an RN PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods at a time. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma required plus graduation from a formal MA, LPN or RN training program and 2+ years of experience providing clinical care, ideally in primary care.
