In addition, the unit offers 8 rapid medical evaluation/minor care beds to support lower-acuity patients and improve throughput, along with 4 triage bays to facilitate timely patient assessment and flow. This structure allows the team to effectively manage a wide range of patient acuity levels in a fast-paced, supportive environment. We’re Looking For: Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Candidates must have at least 6 months of RN experience, this position is not for new graduates Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association ACLS required within 6 months of hire 1 year of inpatient critical care experience required What You’ll Do: As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
