The Willows at Ramapo Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Unit Manager to join our nursing leadership team. Monitor clinical documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance. Coordinate admissions, transfers, discharges, and resident care planning. Partner with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to optimize resident outcomes. Assist with quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives. Maintain survey readiness and support state and federal inspections. Promote infection prevention, resident safety, and best clinical practices. Foster a collaborative, respectful, and team-oriented work environment. Qualifications Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York. Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Long-Term Care, or Subacute Rehabilitation setting preferred. Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred. Strong understanding of CMS regulations, New York State requirements, and nursing standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Home Therapy position PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The professional registered nurse Home Therapies RN CAP 2 may be an entry level designation into the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP) for new employees who meet the RN CAP 2 criteria or attained through advancement from RN CAP 1. This position is accountable and responsible for the provision and coordination of clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for an assigned group of patients.
