Provide comprehensive care for a diverse range of medical and surgical patients, including those diagnosed with CHF, COPD, cellulitis, weakness, infections, and respiratory illnesses. Additionally, manage post-surgical patients. Work with an interdisciplinary team of clinicians, social workers, dietitians, CNAs, and RNs.
