Responsibilities Assessment Clinician Per Diem Nights 7pm-730am You can be an RN, or MSW/LSW The Assessment Clinician is responsible for interviewing incoming patients and completing a bio/social assessment. Presents the assessment findings to the physician in order determine programming level. The Clinician also transitions the patient into the care of Nursing Staff. Qualifications Education & License : The candidate can have a nursing degree (Associates, BSN or MSN) with an Ohio issued RN license OR Master Degree Licensed Social Worker (MSW / LSW or LISW) Previous experience in a mental health or substance abuse treatment facility is preferred for this position. This individual must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
