Help patients and families understand and navigate topics such as: Medication administration Hospice philosophy and services Symptom and pain management End-of-life processes and expectations About You Qualifications – What You’ll Bring: Active RN license in the state of employment (or eligible to obtain). 1+ year of RN experience in hospice, home health, ICU, oncology, geriatrics, or related nursing fields.
