The 8-bed Pediatrics unit serves newborns through adolescents with a range of medical and post-operative needs. About the Job The MCH Clinical Float Pool RN is an experienced registered nurse who provides flexible coverage across multiple units within the Maternal Child Health division. The float pool nurse does not have a fixed unit assignment -- floating within the division is the primary function of this role. Float pool nurses are selected for this role based on clinical depth in their home specialty, a genuine comfort with variability, and willingness to maintain competency across multiple care settings.
