Job Summary The RN - MDS Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely completion of Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care plans, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. About Mohawk Valley Health System Wynn Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team! The Wynn Hospital is New York's newest hospital and our Emergency Department has been designed and built with our nurses and patients in mind. Our 64-bed unit is designed in a pod formation to increase efficiency and create a fully encapsulated work environment.
