Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based electronic medical records system. Qualifications : Active LVN or RN License. Current BLS Certification.
