NURSE PRACTITIONER

Responsibilities Nurse Practitioner - Fort Myers, FL Horizon Health Corporation is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for an Intensive Outpatient Program and Partial Hospitalization Program in Fort Myers, FL . This unit is a 6 to 15 beds mental health program.
