Description RN Needed for Adult Rapid Response Team/ICU Transport -Weekend Days and Evening Shifts This is a flexible position for the Nurse Driven Rapid Response Team and the ICU Transport Team which is part of the UNCMC Adult Specialty Care Team. Description The Medicine Progressive Care Unit (MPCU) is seeking a Nursing Assistant I (Per Diem) to join their team. The MPCU is a 24-bed intermediate care unit on the medicine service that has moved to a newly renovated location on 3 Bedtower. This unit receives a variety of medical patients who require intermediate level care. The MPCU has received the Gold-level Beacon Award for Excellence designated by the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN). The AACN created the Beacon designation to recognize individual units that have set a path to excellence in an effort to highlight critical care units that distinguish themselves in every facet of patient care.
