Job Overview Ridges Hospital is looking for a passionate and hardworking Registered Nurse to join our Med-Surg/Oncology unit! Located in Burnsville, just 20 minutes south of Minneapolis, MN, near the 35 E and 35 W conjunctions. Responsibilities: The Registered Nurse is responsible for the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care for all assigned patient population(s). The RN is responsible for performing these responsibilities in accordance with all policy, procedures, professional practice guidelines and the MN Nurse Practice Act. The RN coordinates care with members of the health care team and delegates responsibilities to others as appropriate. Assesses patient needs and identifies expected nursing outcomes. Collaborates with patient, family and other health team members to develop a nursing plan as part of an integrated, comprehensive plan of care Develops an individualized plan based on age, social and cultural considerations, condition and other relevant needs. Evaluates care and patient response to interventions and expected outcomes. Job Overview Fairview Health Services has an opening for an Operating Room Registered Nurse at the Clinics and Surgery Center (CSC) on the University of Minnesota East Bank campus in Minneapolis. This 0.5 FTE position (40 hours every two weeks) with scheduled shifts Monday through Friday between 6:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. based on department needs. This position is benefit elgible!
