Position Status: Full time Shift: Variable 12 hour shift (United States of America) Hours per week: 36 Job Information Exemption Status: Non-Exempt A Brief Overview Perioperative nursing is a specialty within the nursing profession that encompasses the care of individuals across the life span who are undergoing a surgical procedure or procedure requiring anesthesia. Perioperative nursing incorporates the pre-procedure care, intra operative and acute post-operative care. The Perioperative nurse will use a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
