Job Description​ We are hiring a full-time day shift Advanced Practice Provider for our Palliative Care team. This position is accountable for advanced nursing practice in the care of assigned patient populations. Responsible for collecting and analyzing client health data. Identifies appropriate expected outcomes development and implement plan of care provide comprehensive clinical coordination of care and case management provide consultation to influence plan of care for clients enhance the abilities of others and effect change in the system uses prescriptive authority procedures and treatments in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations evaluate clients progress in attaining expected outcomes conduct nursing research provide education to patient family and nursing staff and case manages high risk patients. Job Description​ Registered Nurse L/D/P 24 hours per week Day shift Rotate Weekens/Holidays Benefit eligible Floats to all four entities Accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Responsible for performing patient care delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff. Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Registered Nurse - PreOp/PACU Float

Job Description​ We are hiring a Pre OP PACU Registered Nurse for our Surgical Services Float Pool team. This is a full time day shift position that will float between 4 of our main hospital locations in Lee’s Summit, Overland Park, North Kansas City, and Plaza areas. Hours of shift may vary between 8, 10 or 12 hours based on organizational needs. Schedules are written 8 – 10 weeks in advance. Part Time Days 24 hours per week. In this position you will work with various conditions, procedures, and acuity levels. Our Plaza location is a Magnet Level 1 Trauma Academic Medical Center.
