Overview Responsibilities Our pediatricians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants are experienced in caring for children from infancy through age 4 who may be at risk of developing special health care needs. As a high-risk NICU follow-up clinic, our practice collaborates with pediatricians and other community providers to facilitate optimal developmental support, early intervention, family support, and specialized care, while also offering additional support and education for parents and caregivers. These hospital-based outpatient clinics will be located at Methodist Children's Hospital, North Central Baptist Hospital and Christus Children's Hospital. The ideal candidate will be comfortable seeing babies who have just come out of the NICU and require follow-up care. Overview Seeking ** Per Diem** Neonatal Nurse Practioners who would like to join our Multicre Yakima Memorial Hospital Team to cover our NICU Responsibilities 13 Hour Shifts - Nights Level III NICU, census 8-12 patients WA based NNP applicants preferred Seeking ongoing per diem coverage partnership - Availability in blocks Qualifications Current APRN national specialty certification Minimum of a master’s degree Seeking NNP's with Hospital NICU LeveI III Experience. Active WA license in good standing Benefits and Compensation Pediatrix does cover per diem staff travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice. This position is W-2. Pay Range (Hourly Pay) : $65 - $87/hr based on years of experience. Health Insurance : Pediatrix does not offer health insurance for team members in a Per Diem role. Per-diem is defined as team members who are scheduled as needed and not on a consistent basis. Other Benefits: Sick Pay Bank; Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Retirement Benefits: Pediatrix does not offer retirement benefits for team members in a Per Diem role. There is no annual cap on accrual; however, team members will be able to carry over up to 108 hours of unused paid sick leave the following year. NOTE: The Company will not pay team members for unused sick leave upon termination of employment.
