Responsibilities The Clinical Partner (Medical Assistant) will assist Harmony Cares Primary Care Physician, Nurse Practitioners and Clinical Teams in the delivery of primary health care and patient care management in a residential setting. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serve as a key member of the IMPACT team in the initial setup and rollout of new markets, traveling to identified regions to launch and establish local care teams. Support the establishment of clinical best practices, protocols, and workflows in new markets to ensure the delivery of high-quality care that aligns with company standards. Assist in the development and implementation of the care delivery infrastructure in new markets, including establishing relationships with local healthcare providers and community resources.
