Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice Director

As the RN Hospice Director, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping the future of our Hospice Division. What You’ll Do Provide clinical, operational, and strategic leadership for the Hospice Division Lead and support multiple offices and interdisciplinary teams Drive growth while maintaining the highest standards of patient-centered, end-of-life care Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and compassion Ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence across hospice operations Develop and mentor leadership staff to support long-term organizational success Partner with executive leadership to advance AdvisaCare’s mission and vision Who You Are You are a seasoned hospice leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-growing organization and is motivated by impact—not just outcomes.
