Compensation & Benefits Annual Salary Range: $116,438- – $174,636 Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical, dental, and vision coverage 403(b) retirement plan with employer base and matching contributions Generous paid time off Employer-paid life and disability insurance, with optional buy-up coverage Tuition and continuing education reimbursement Wellness benefits and expanded Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Support for your physical, emotional, financial, social, and spiritual wellbeing What You’ll Do Design, coordinate, and deliver clinical education programs for nursing and interprofessional teams Lead department-specific orientation for new caregivers Assess learning needs and implement evidence-based education strategies Evaluate competencies and develop targeted plans to support caregiver growth Partner with leaders to develop standardized guidelines, protocols, and training programs Serve as a clinical resource and role model for nursing practice and equipment use Analyze quality indicators and caregiver engagement to measure education effectiveness Ensure accurate documentation of training and competencies in learning systems What You Bring Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) Current Registered Nurse (RN) Washington or MSL Minimum 3 years of RN experience Minimum 3 years of education, precepting, or similar experience Basic Life Support (BLS) upon hire Strong communication, facilitation, and learner engagement skills Experience designing and implementing education using adult learning principles About PeaceHealth PeaceHealth is a mission-driven, not-for-profit healthcare system dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care.
