Job Title: LPN Charge Nurse – Full-Time Location: Cedar Hills Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation | Clemmons, North Carolina Shifts Available: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM License Required: Active LPN License (NC) Position Overview Cedar Hills Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated LPN Charge Nurse to provide leadership and direct clinical care within a skilled nursing environment. In this role, you will support resident care delivery, guide nursing assistants, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high standards of safety, quality, and resident-centered outcomes. This position is ideal for a nurse who is confident in clinical decision-making and values both hands-on care and team leadership. RN/LPN Charge Nurse WOW $10,000 Sign on Bonus! Job Summary Cedar Hills Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN/LPN Charge Nurse to join our team. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents while supervising the delivery of care to our residents. You will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our Director of Nursing to ensure the highest level of care and service.
