Jefferson Healthcare is seeking a part-time Surgical Circulator to join our dynamic team in the Surgical Services department. As a Surgical Circulator, you will serve as a patient advocate and work inside the operating room to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. You will be involved in all phases of patient care, from admission to recovery, and even help in discharging patients or taking them to the inpatient floor. Our Surgical Services include a Pre-Op Clinic, a Surgical short-stay unit, 3 OR Suites, 1 Endoscopy Room, PACU, and Sterile Processing. All the instrumentation used in Jefferson Healthcare, including the OR, the hospital, and all the clinics, is sterilized in our facility. We offer a wide range of services, including General, Ortho, Urology, OBGYN, Endoscopy, and minor Cardiology procedures. On average, we perform over 100 surgeries and 60 endoscopies each month, as well as over a hundred total hip and knee replacements every year.
