As a Mission based, community focused service, our clinics provide the perfect work life balance with a 3-day week schedule. ExpressCare serves as a critical access point for the organization, supporting overflow of patients from primary care, urgent care and emergency departments. There is plenty of variety in our services which demand critical thinking and clinic-based procedures, which provides variety every day. ExpressCare serves the purpose of providing access to our communities, both in person and virtually, while also offering a more predictable day with a schedule of 30 twenty-minute appointments in a 12-hour period. The staffing model consists of a single provider and a medical assistant, with a support structure in place across the system.
