Job Requirements Required Associates Degree in Nursing; Nursing Diploma or by endorsement RN License in state of employment Physical Requirements: Medium Work exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10lbs. constantly Preferred Previous OR experience highly preferred Bachelors Degree in Nursing One (1) year experience Where You'll Work As a Registered Nurses in the Operating Room at St. Anthony Hospital you will provide direct patient advocacy and clinical support across a high-volume surgical department, which includes 17 suites—featuring a designated trauma room, a hybrid room, a CVOR, and a cystoscopy suite. The facility manages approximately 900-950 cases per month across a wide range of specialties, including General, Ortho (Trauma), Neuro, Spine, Eyes, ENT, GU, Robotics (DaVinci XI/SI), Vascular, Endovascular, Cardiac, and OB/GYN. While there is a specialized team for cardiac and neuro procedures, all other RNs are cross-trained for all remaining surgical services. Daily duties include performing circulating functions, providing intraoperative support such as managing sterile instruments and supplies, facilitating room turnovers, and restocking for subsequent procedures.
