A Dialysis Registered Nurse provides specialized nursing care at one of DCI’s in-center hemodialysis units as part of a patient care team. Our RNs are integral in ensuring safe care, and the highest quality outcomes are prioritized for every patient. Schedule : Full-time, three 12-hour shifts and are set upon hiring; Sundays off; no overnight shifts Compensation : $32/HR - $42/HR. Pay rate is dependent upon dialysis experience. $10K sign-on bonus ($12K with dialysis experience). School LPN Nurse Needed in the Bronx 2 days per week, 9am-5pm! Scope of Services Consultant will coordinate and oversee the health care services across the 2 sites. A 22,500 square-foot medical office building provides offices for primary care physicians as well as space for a variety of visiting medical and surgical specialists from the St. Louis area. Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital operates four rural health clinics providing quality health care to surrounding communities. In addition, the hospital operates a comprehensive Therapy and Rehabilitation department and an award-winning Wound Care Center with two hyperbaric chambers. Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital's Emergency Department experienced continued growth in 2010 seeing more than 20,000 patients. Our 24/7 staff includes experienced emergency physicians with a nurse practitioner or physician assistant caring for our non-urgent cases. All staff have specialized training in trauma care, advanced cardiac life support, pediatric advanced life support, and 12-lead EKG interpretation for stroke and cardiac patients. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team. to assume responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care. The Registered Nurse (RN) demonstrates the ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services. Responsibilities Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care. Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses. Document the patient’s plan of care using identified nursing diagnoses, expected patient outcomes, and selected nursing interventions. Performs interventions according to identified priorities, plan of care, and the hospital policies and patient care outcome standard. Revises the plan of care according to evaluation, changes in medical plan of care, and effective/ineffective nursing interventions. Uses clinical judgment in evaluation activities to meet patient care needs of an assigned unit/floor including establishing priorities. Other Registered Nurse (RN) duties as assigned. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices. Current Health Certificate (per facility Registered Nurse (RN) contract or state regulation). Current PPD or Chest X-Ray. Current BLS card. One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
