Responsibilities Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs during assigned shifts. Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and individualized nursing care. Provide clinical guidance and leadership to the nursing team. Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes in health status. Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers. Review and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Ensure compliance with CMS, New York State Department of Health, and facility policies. Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Rehabilitation Center, or Long-Term Care setting preferred. Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and critical thinking skills. Knowledge of long-term care regulations and survey processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities. Ability to effectively lead a multidisciplinary nursing team.
