Collaborates with social services, nurse navigation, and dietary services to provide holistic patient care. Refers patient to appropriate services when complexity exceeds the scope of practice of the practitioner. Provides pre-treatment chemotherapy education to patients and their families in the office setting. Provides education to office staff as needed.
