What You’ll Do Deliver person-centered nursing care in alignment with Mayo Clinic standards. Monitor and manage residents’ health needs across multiple care settings. You will be responsible for the delivery of direct resident care and supervising nursing care provided by the professional and ancillary nursing team across care settings including Individualized Health Services, Catered Living, and Enhanced Living. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure resident safety and well-being. As an RN at Charter House, you will assess and plan in collaboration with the resident, family and the interdisciplinary health care team, to meet the care, educational, and discharge needs. Qualifications To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Graduate of a school of practical nursing or passed LPN Boards after a defined period in a professional nursing program (e.g., some states allow RN students to take the LPN board exam after completing one to two years in the RN program). *If graduation has not occurred within the last two years, one year of LPN experience working in an applicable setting is required. Registered Nurse (RN) Graduate of an Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) accredited associate's degree or diploma program. *If graduated from a nursing program that was not accredited by ACEN, at least one year of RN experience (within the last five years) in an applicable care setting is required. *If graduation did not occur within the last two years, one year of RN experience in an applicable care setting or one year of current LPN experience at Mayo Clinic is required.
