What you will do in this role: The role of the CVOR Surgical Technician is to assist the OR team in the care of patients, equipment and supplies. The CVOR Surgical Technician in Surgery provides care for adolescent patients between 12 to 17 years of age; adult patients between 18 to 64 years; and geriatric patients 65 years and older . The surgical technologist in the first scrub role handles the instruments, supplies and equipment necessary during the surgical procedure .
