Ensures regulatory compliance with OSHA, CLIA, and HIPAA guidelines. The position may include triage of calls for urgent appointments, referrals for patient consults and testing, insurance pre-certification, and documentation. May use general office skills including keyboarding, office computer software, filing, answering telephones, email, faxing, copying. Excellent customer service skills are needed for interacting with patients, families, and caregivers. Overview To support the Mission of Helio Health, Inc., the CTI Licensed Practical Nurse will provide comprehensive care management and coordination of services to Critical Time Intervention (CTI) program enrollees. The CTI model is a time-limited form of case management that focuses on helping people with severe mental illness (SMI) and a history of homelessness during a “critical time” transitional period in their lives. CTI Licensed Practical Nurse: CTI is designed specifically to enhance the continuity of care during transition from hospital to community care.
