How you’ll make an impact in this role Expertly scrub for high-acuity cases, including open-heart, vascular, thoracic, and emergency aortic dissections. Under the general supervision of the Manager of Perioperative Services, and the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Surgical Technologist is responsible for filling the surgical scrub role on all types of minor and major surgical procedures dependent on individual competencies in each surgical specialty.
