About the Role: Aesthetic Registered Nurse

As an Aesthetic Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in delivering non-surgical aesthetic treatments while ensuring patient safety, satisfaction, and outstanding care. In addition to performing advanced treatments, you’ll conduct consultations, educate patients on their options and aftercare, and collaborate with the clinic team to achieve operational goals.

Compensation

This is a Full-time role based in our Kansas City location, with a starting hourly rate of $40.00 plus weekend differential. Additional performance-based incentives available!

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Patient-Focused Care: Perform a variety of non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including laser hair removal, body contouring, and skin rejuvenation, ensuring a high standard of safety and patient satisfaction.
  • Conduct Comprehensive Consultations: Assess patient needs, offer personalized treatment recommendations, and educate patients on procedures and aftercare to support informed decisions.
  • Maintain Clinical Excellence: Deliver treatments with precision, adhering strictly to LaserAway’s clinical protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Collaborate with Clinic Teams: Partner with the Location Director and Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs) to align on clinic goals, optimize patient schedules, and support operational success.
  • Monitor and Follow Up with Patients: Ensure patient comfort during and after treatments, providing follow-up care and addressing concerns to enhance satisfaction.
  • Handle Equipment and Inventory: Safely operate aesthetic devices and assist with inventory management to ensure the clinic is prepared to deliver seamless patient experiences.
  • Address Patient Concerns: Manage entries in the Patient Concern Queue by responding promptly and thoroughly to maintain trust and loyalty.
  • Support a Positive Environment: Foster a collaborative, team-oriented atmosphere that prioritizes both patient care and staff morale.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license.
  • Experience: 2+ years' experience in a hospital setting preferred but not required.
