Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Patient Flow Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring patients receive timely, efficient, and compassionate care from the moment they arrive. You’ll oversee patient movement, balance department resources, and work closely with clinical and operational teams to maintain a steady flow that supports both quality care and staff efficiency. Through collaboration, communication, and quick decision-making, you’ll help minimize wait times, improve patient experiences, and enhance overall department performance. 

What qualifications you will need:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • (RN) Registered Nurse
  • Bachelors Degree
  • No Travel Required 
  • 3 years experience Required
