Conduct G-tube feedings and tracheostomy care confidently and independently.
Assist with transfers using an adaptive stroller (wheelchair), employing two-person techniques and mechanical aids for diapering and personal hygiene on a height-adjustable table.
Collaborate effectively with school staff and communicate the students needs and progress.
Foster a supportive, inclusive environment for the student to participate in school activities.

Required Qualifications:

Current LPN/LVN license in Washington.
Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued.
Demonstrated expertise with both G-tube and trach care.
Physical ability to safely support lifting and two-person transfers.
Experience or comfort with non-verbal individuals and AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), even if not used functionally.
