RN Supervisor

Position Summary: The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing care and staff on assigned shifts to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered to residents. This leadership role involves clinical supervision, direct patient care, coordination with other departments, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
