We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team at our nursing facility. The ADON plays a key role in supporting the Director of Nursing in overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations and ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

ADON Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing nursing staff and clinical programs

  • Help coordinate and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations

  • Monitor resident care and ensure care plans are effectively implemented

  • Support ongoing staff training, development, and performance evaluations

  • Participate in facility audits, surveys, and inspections

  • Serve as a resource for clinical staff and help maintain high morale and professional standards

ADON Qualifications:

  • Valid RN license in the state of Pennsylvania

  • Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

  • Leadership or supervisory experience required

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused
