Aspire Senior Living Carthage is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a leader in senior care, we are committed to delivering exceptional care services to our residents in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. As a RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring high-quality care is delivered to our residents.

RN Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring health status, and developing individualized care plans
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care is delivered
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of resident care to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
• Coordinate with other departments, including social services, activities, and dietary, to ensure seamless care delivery
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote resident safety and well-being
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and facilities operations

RN Supervisor Requirements:

• Current & good standing Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Missouri
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct staff
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of resident care principles and practices
