Shifts: PRN Day/Evening, Full-Time Evening, and 8hr Full-Time Night (+Rotating Weekends)
Pay Rate: Starting $21/hour and up
*Up to $2/hour Shift Differential pay available!

As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) with Aspire Senior Living New Florence, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Our ideal candidate is a reliable and skilled individual who can administer prescribed medications and treatments, observe residents for side effects, and maintain compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by a licensed nurse
• Accurately document medication administration and resident responses
• Observe residents for side effects and report any adverse reactions to the nursing team
• Assist with daily living activities as needed, including personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility support
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations
• Promote a safe and clean environment for residents and staff
Qualifications:
• Valid Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification in Missouri
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
