Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and medical treatments
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse or Supervisor
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless coordination of care

Requirements

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri
