Position type: Full-Time

Pay range: $103,000.00 to $108,000.00 (with benefits)

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00am to 4:00pm

Position Overview:

We are seeking a RN Educator to join our team at The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Rome. In this role, you will play a critical part in staff development and clinical education. You will be responsible for developing and implementing evidence-based educational programs that promote the ongoing professional growth of our nursing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement evidence-based, quality education programs to enhance staff competency and the delivery of high-quality clinical services.

  • Collaborate with management, staff, and external partners to assess, integrate, and evaluate educational needs and resources.

  • Develop, review, and update training manuals, policies/procedures, job aides, and clinical pathways.

  • Educate staff on clinical policies, criteria, and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.

  • Conduct new staff orientation to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

  • Conduct quality review audits of the clinical team and strategic partners to ensure that company protocols and standards are being met.

Requirements:

  • New York State RN License

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare or a related field (preferred)

  • 3+ years of clinical experience as a registered nurse (preferred)

  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

  • Ability to foster a positive learning environment and ensure staff compliance with healthcare standards
