Job Description:

Currently seeking an experienced MDS Director RN to fill an opening at our facility. Interested candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a MDS Director RN.

Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate MDS completion.

Coordinate MDS within a interdisciplinary approach to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained.

Observe direct nursing care, review documentation, care plan formulation and make appropriate recommendations.

Requirements:

Currently licensed as an RN in the State of Florida

Possesses excellent clinical records assessment and documentation skills

Minimum of 1 year experience as a MDS Director RN
