What You’ll Be Responsible For
Leading all nursing operations within a skilled nursing setting
Driving clinical quality, survey readiness, and regulatory compliance
Coaching, mentoring, and strengthening your nursing leadership team
Creating a culture of accountability, consistency, and resident-centered care
What We’re Looking For
Active Florida RN license
2+ years of DON experience in a SNF (non-negotiable)
Proven ability to lead teams, improve outcomes, and stabilize operations
A leader who is present, decisive, and respected by their team
