We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care, developing and implementing effective nursing strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the nursing team, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion

• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accrediting bodies, and industry standards

• Collaborate with the Medical Director and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans

• Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure exceptional customer service

• Develop and manage budgets, staffing, and resources to ensure efficient and effective operations

• Identify and address quality improvement opportunities, implementing changes to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field

• Current RN license and a minimum of 2 years of experience] years in home care.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently

• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and industry best practices
