Regional MDS Coordinator
Covenant Health is seeking an experienced Regional MDS Coordinator to support our Ministries in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, and Maine.

Qualifications:
- Current, unrestricted Massachusetts RN or LPN license ideal candidate would hold a compact license
- Minimum of 3 years of MDS experience in a skilled nursing facility
- Strong working knowledge of RAI, MDS 3.0, Medicare PPS, PDPM, OBRA, and care planning requirements
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide MDS coverage and support to skilled nursing facilities as needed
- Complete and review MDS assessments for accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance
- Assist centers with Medicare PPS and PDPM processes
- Support interdisciplinary care plan development
- Conduct MDS audits and identify opportunities for reimbursement optimization
- Mentor and educate facility MDS staff and nursing leadership
- Help facilities maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

Comp Range:
$36.86 - $50.76Rate of pay displayed reflects the beginning of the pay scale. At the time of an offer, determination of your offer will reflect your skills and experience as it relates to the position.
