Schedule: Full-time

We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time school-based position in the Maywood, IL area for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. This RN will primarily be assigned to a middle school setting, but candidates must be flexible and open to floating to other schools within the district as needed.

This role is ideal for a dependable nurse who is comfortable supporting student health needs, working closely with school staff, and helping maintain a safe and healthy learning environment.

Requirements:
Candidates must be a licensed Registered Nurse and must hold a BSN.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to students during the school day.
Support students with daily medical needs, medication administration, and health-related concerns.
Respond to illnesses, injuries, and emergencies as needed.
Maintain accurate health records and documentation.
Communicate with families, school staff, and healthcare providers when appropriate.
Support health plans, IEP/504-related medical needs, and student safety protocols.
Float within the district as needed based on school coverage and student support needs.
