Partnering closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and executive leadership, you will identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiencies, implement cost-reduction strategies, and support the continued growth and innovation of surgical services, including the advancement of new and cutting-edge procedures. Through your leadership, you will make a meaningful impact on patient care, team engagement, and the future of perioperative services across the organization.

CNOR certification
Experience leading multi-site or complex perioperative services
